Angela specialises in public-tender procedures for the realisation of infrastructures and other public facilities, advising public-sector entities and private clients.
She has acquired significant expertise in the fields of public-sector and tender contracts (such as the contracts for Expo 2015, Saronno, Mariano and Manerbio Hospitals) and in project financing (such as those for Niguarda Hospital, Como ad Monza Hospitals).
Angela was appointed as legal advisor in administrative law to the managing director of Expo 2015 and she has advised clients for the allotment of tender contracts at Malpensa Airport.
She has taken part of several committees in charge of drafting legislation on public tender contracts.
